Myofascial, Craniosacral low back techniques that work.

For LMTs, and any other bodyworkers.  CE hours for LMT’s.

I will teach the four main techniques I use to help clients relieve low back pain.  These techniques are effective for many clients.  I have had clients tell me that they have been in back pain for 1, 6, 25 years, and this is the first thing that has really helped them.  They want to know why more people don’t know this effective, easy and quick techniques. So I am teaching them now.

The four techniques that I will share in this 6 hour class are:

-SI restriction assessment and release

-External pelvic floor release

-Pubic bone assessment and release

-Sacrum release

We will have as much hands on time as possible, and have a full session give and receive at the end of the class so you can practice incorporating these new techniques into how you usually practice, with having me around to ask questions and to receive feedback.

These techniques are based in craniosacral and myofascial therapy, you DO NOT need any prior experience with either of these modalities.  These techniques are simple and very effective, you will learn them quickly and be able to incorporate them into your practice right away.

This class is 5 CE credits and costs $228, early bird is $200 if you register by 12/6/18.

Class will be held at 4312 SE Stark St. Portland, OR – The Multnomah Friends Meeting House on Saturday 1/19/19 from 10:00 – 6:00.

Please know that the pelvic floor technique is working with your ischial tuberosities and the pubic bone release is touching the pubic bone.  If you are uncomfortable with having these areas worked on please let me know before you register.

I have been practicing massage, craniosacral and myofascial therapy for almost 10 years.  I have had adcanced training in both modalities.  Previous to being a LMT I was a special education teacher.  I love being able to combine my two love, teaching and bodywork to bring these very effective techniques to you.
